1. Contact the Water Diviner, Mr. Michael J. Davis, in person or on the telephone, and fix a tentative, mutually convenient date, for the On-site Survey. All communications, written or verbal, correspondence and documents must be in ENGLISH only, please.

Pay the full Survey Fee in advance either in Cash, or by Speedpost Money Order (Overseas Clients may remit the equivalent Survey Fees at the prevailing rate of exchange in US Dollars with necessary intimation to the Water Diviner, by Western Union Money Transfer, payable at the Deolali Main Post Office), payable to:

3. At the time of initial contact, please provide your full Name, complete Address, Telephone Number/s with STD/ISD Codes, Location of the Site, the Area of the Survey Site in Square Feet or Acres, the Length of the boundaries, the Number of Drilling-Points / Sites required, previous drillings / existing wells, with the depths and results if any, and any other relevant details. Surveys are done on a 'Best Efforts' basis.

4. The Survey Fee DOES NOT INCLUDE any Guarantee from the Water Diviner that the Client will strike water when the Point is drilled. The Water Diviner will not be liable in any way in case of failure to strike water for any reason. Surveys are done on a 'Best Efforts' basis. There will be No Refund under any circumstances, please note.
