Map Dowsing, also known as Remote Dowsing, Long-Distance Dowsing or Over-the-horizon Dowsing, has been described as the Summit; the highest art-form of the Dowsing World. In a nut-shell, Map Dowsing is Dowsing over a Map or aerial Photograph of the Site, with a Pendulum or other Dowsing tool. Dowsing transcends the barriers of time and space,and it is possible to search for virtually anything irrespective of the distance from the actual site that is being dowsed. In the act of map dowsing, the dowser trancendes the limitations of space. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to co-relate the position of the Points / Sites marked by the Water Diviner on the Map with their correct position on the ground at the Site.

How to place an Order for a Map Dowsing Groundwater Survey:

1. First telephone the Water Diviner and ascertain the feasability of map dowsing the plot / site concerned. If it is found feasible, then, send the Water Diviner, by Registered A. D. Post to his Deolali address, a large-scale detailed Survey Map or Site-Plan or Lay-out, drawn to scale, of the Plot (or the part, section or portion of the Plot) to be Surveyed by Map Dowsing, alongwith all necessary details such as the complete Address including the PIN Code, the direction of North, Survey No/s., the Scale, the extent i.e., the Area of the plot in Square Feet or in Acres, existing Structures, Roadways/pathways, existing Tube-Wells/ Open Wells, large Trees particularlu Wild-fig (Oombar), large Ant-hills, Honey-bee Hives, High ground, Slopes, Level ground, Low-lying ground, High-tension power-lines, septic tanks, sewage lines,drainage lines, and the External boundaries of the Plot to be surveyed, marked in Red. In addition, a non-returnable photograph/s of the Site, particularly if taken from a height, will also be helpful, and are most welcome. All communications, written or verbal, correspondence and documents must be in ENGLISH only, please.

2. Pay the full applicable (Regular Water Survey/ Geothermal Water Survey) Map Dowsing Groundwater Survey Fee plus the Handling Charges in advance by Speedpost Money Order (Overseas Clients shall remit the Indian Rupee equivalent of the Survey Fees in U.S. Dollars, at the prevailing current rate of exchange, with necessary intimation to the Water Diviner, payable to:

3. Enclose a signed, covering requisition letter along with the above-mentioned Map etc., giving your complete address, the complete address i.e., location of the site to be map-dowsed, your telephone number/s, Mobile number, and your e-Mail address if any, mentioning the number of Points/Sites required, whether they are for Tube-wells or Open Wells, and the Survey Fee + Handling Charges payment details, such as the details of the Speedpost Money Order / Overseas Remittance sent to the Water Diviner, the number of Points/Sites, and the total amount inclusive of the Handling Charges.

4. The Survey Map / Site Plan / Lay-out drawn to scale of the Plot, with the Point/s or Site/s marked with an 'X' or a series of X's on it, alongwith a Report giving necessary recommendations as to depth etc., will be despatched by Post to the Client, as far as possible within a maximum period of 90 days of the Water Diviner receiving the Survey Fees and Handling Charges in Full. The despatch by Post to the Client of the marked Survey Map / Site Plan / Lay-out along with the Report will mark the end of the Water Diviner's involvement in the venture.

The Survey Fee DOES NOT INCLUDE any Guarantee from the Water Diviner that the Client will strike water when the Point is drilled. The Water Diviner will not be liable in any way in case of failure to strike water for any reason.
